Purchase & Confirmation of Travel Products

When you submit a booking request for a flight or other travel product on Flyweeks.com, we send your request to the airline reservation system for availability and pricing confirmation. Once your itinerary is successfully ticketed, we will email you a booking confirmation. Please note that this email confirms your booking request, not the issuance of your ticket.

Prices and seat availability may change while your request is being processed. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until you receive an electronic ticket (E-ticket) confirmation from Flyweeks.com.

In some cases, we may be unable to confirm your booking due to:

  • Fare changes
  • Flight unavailability
  • Airline not confirming the booking
  • Incomplete or incorrect payment details
  • Payment authorization issues or suspected fraud
  • Other technical or supplier-related issues

If we cannot process your booking, we will notify you and may suggest alternative options. You are not obligated to accept any alternatives.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or unexpected disruptions. Medical or hospital expenses during travel are the responsibility of the traveler and may not be refundable.

Force Majeure

Flyweeks.com is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control. These may include natural disasters, weather disruptions, government actions, strikes, wars, civil disturbances, or airline operational issues.

Credit Card Billing

Your credit card statement may show multiple charges that together equal your total booking amount. This may include airline ticket charges and Flyweeks.com service or processing fees. Service fees are subject to change at any time.

Ticket Policies, Rules and Restrictions

  • Most airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
  • Name changes are not permitted after booking.
  • Baggage fees and optional airline charges are not included unless specified.
  • Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid.

Useful Information for Travelers

Baggage Rules & Fees

Baggage allowances and fees vary by airline and route. We recommend contacting your airline directly for the latest baggage policies.

Seat Requests

Seat requests are forwarded to the airline but are not guaranteed. Some airlines assign seats at check-in or at the airport.

Flight Cancellations

Most airline tickets are non-refundable. If cancellations are permitted, airline penalties and Flyweeks.com service fees may apply. Refund requests must be made before the departure of the first flight segment. No-show tickets are usually non-refundable.

Voluntary Flight Changes

Changes are subject to airline policies, availability, fare differences, penalties, and service fees. Airlines have final authority on schedule changes.

Involuntary Airline Changes

Airlines may change flight schedules due to operational reasons. If we receive updated options from the airline, we will notify you by email and assist you with available alternatives.

Refund Timelines

Refunds may take several weeks depending on airline processing times. Once processed, your bank may take additional business days to post the credit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Travel Protection Plan

We recommend purchasing a Travel Protection Plan to cover unexpected disruptions. Coverage applies only to travel arrangements booked through Flyweeks.com.

Valid Photo Identification

All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification for flights. Additional documentation may be required for infants or international travel.

Check-in Guidelines

  • Arrive at least 3 hours before departure for international flights.
  • Allow extra time if traveling with children or requiring assistance.

Passports & Visas

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and any required entry permits. Passports should generally be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

Codeshare Flights

Your flight may be operated by a partner airline. Always check your ticket details to confirm which airline operates your flight and the correct terminal for check-in.

Fare Changes

Airfares are not guaranteed until ticketed. If a fare changes before ticketing, we will notify you and provide options before charging your card.
